Independent business tool
Queen Bee Inventory is an independent software tool built to help Mary Kay independent beauty consultants track inventory, customers, and orders. Queen Bee Inventory is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mary Kay Inc. or Mary Kay Cosmetics. All Mary Kay trademarks and product names referenced in the Services belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify products for inventory-tracking purposes.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any customer or order data you enter.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us.
Your data
You retain ownership of the customer, order, and inventory data you enter into the Services. You are responsible for having the appropriate rights and consents to store any third-party personal information (such as your customers' contact details) within the Services. Subscriptions & billing
- Certain features require an active paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple; you can manage or cancel them from your Apple ID account settings.
- Subscriptions purchased on the web are billed and managed through our billing provider; you can manage or cancel them from your account settings.
- A subscription purchased on either platform unlocks the same paid features across web and mobile for your account.
- Except where required by law or the applicable app store's refund policy, payments are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to access another user's data, interfering with the Services' normal operation, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Product prices, catalog details, and tax calculations are provided for convenience and may not always be current or accurate — always verify against your official Mary Kay InTouch account and applicable tax authority before relying on them for your business records. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
